Terms of Purchase & Use

1. Company and products

GoScale Labs LLC, 2 S Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 3200 #3437, Miami, FL 33131, United States, creates and sells original digital educational products across different subjects. Resources are developed through expertise, research, practical experience and, where useful, AI-assisted production. The product offer identifies the subject, materials, language, price and purchase type. These terms apply to this website and offers that incorporate them.

Products may include PDF books, audio, video tutorials, recorded guides and learning materials. Depending on the plan, a subscription may also include new information, group sessions or support. Only the benefits described in the purchased offer are included. Products are digital; no physical goods or shipping charges apply.

2. Purchase and payment

You must have legal capacity to purchase, or the authorization required for a minor, and provide an accurate email address. The selected offer and order confirmation identify the purchase. Prices are in USD unless another currency is expressly shown. The checkout shows the total, applicable taxes and any recurring charge before you authorize payment.

A one-time purchase does not authorize recurring billing. Monthly subscriptions and additional offers require express acceptance of their own price and terms. Payment is processed by the provider identified at checkout; use of a provider does not mean it endorses the educational content.

3. Delivery and access

After the payment provider confirms a successful purchase, we immediately send the delivery or member-access instructions to the purchase email address. For delivery problems, see the Digital Delivery Policy.

One-time purchases include continued access to the purchased product without a subscription or scheduled expiration. We do not revoke access merely because time has passed. A refund ends the right to use the refunded product. Future products, editions, coaching or other services are not included unless expressly offered.

Subscriptions provide access and the benefits of the selected plan while paid. Cancelling stops future renewals and preserves access until the end of the period already paid; subscription access then ends. See the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

4. Personal-use license

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to study, view, download where enabled, and use the purchased materials for your own learning. Ownership of the educational content is not transferred. Do not share account credentials, redistribute, resell or sublicense the materials, or publish protected PDFs, recordings, illustrations or patterns without permission.

Learning a technique does not by itself prohibit using that skill in your own work, including making and selling physical items. This does not authorize copying or selling our educational materials or any protected design. Downloaded subscription materials remain subject to the duration and permitted uses of the subscription license.

5. Support, refunds and educational scope

For support, refunds or cancellations, contact either support@scalelabsllc.com or soporte@startclub.app. Refunds can also be requested in the member area identified in your access email. Our Refund Policy provides a seven-calendar-day, 100% money-back guarantee for each charge, including every monthly renewal, in addition to mandatory consumer rights.

Our products support education and practice. They do not promise guaranteed income, cures or specific personal or professional results. General educational information is not individualized medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated advice. We remain responsible for delivering what the offer describes.

6. Availability and lawful use

Products are offered internationally where their language, applicable law and payment-provider rules permit. We do not currently offer sales to buyers located in China, Russia or Iran, or to persons or territories subject to applicable transaction restrictions. Availability may differ by country and payment method.

Do not use the site or content unlawfully, infringe rights or disrupt security. We may restrict access when required by law or when there is a substantiated security, fraud or material license violation. We give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonable and legally permitted. A provider restriction does not remove applicable consumer remedies.

7. Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies, withdrawal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Florida law governs only to the extent compatible with mandatory protections applicable to the consumer; it does not remove access to competent consumer authorities or courts.

Updated terms apply to future purchases unless a lawful change to an ongoing service is notified as required. Changes do not retroactively reduce a purchased benefit or refund guarantee. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing.
