1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the services provided by GoScale Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the State of Florida and the United States.

2. SaaS License and Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our software. You shall not:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models.
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Exceed the usage limits defined in your specific pricing plan.

3. Billing and Payment

Fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice. Failure to pay fees will result in immediate suspension of services.

4. Limitation of Liability

GoScale Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
