Subscription & Cancellation Policy

1. Current Catalog

The four digital crochet education bundles currently listed in our catalog are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and do not create a subscription. This policy will apply only if GoScale Labs LLC clearly identifies a future offer as a subscription, membership, free trial that converts to paid access, or other recurring-payment plan.

2. Terms Disclosed Before Enrollment

Before asking for payment information or consent to recurring charges, we will clearly disclose the material terms of the offer, including as applicable:

• the price, currency, taxes, and billing frequency;
• when the first charge and recurring charges will occur;
• whether and how the subscription automatically renews;
• the subscription benefits, access period, and any material limitations;
• the length and paid conversion terms of any free or discounted trial;
• any minimum commitment or deadline to avoid the next charge;
• how to cancel; and
• the refund terms that apply to subscription charges.

We will obtain the customer's affirmative consent before initiating recurring charges and will provide an order confirmation or receipt. We will not treat silence, inactivity, or the purchase of a one-time product as agreement to enroll in a subscription.

3. Recurring Billing Authorization

By expressly enrolling in a subscription, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges to the payment method you provide until cancellation becomes effective. Billing dates may shift slightly for weekends, provider processing, or calendar differences, but the stated billing frequency will not change without notice and any consent required by law.

If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry it as permitted by the terms disclosed at enrollment and applicable law. Access may be limited after reasonable notice while an amount remains unpaid. We do not charge an undisclosed fee merely because a payment fails.

4. How to Cancel

A customer may cancel through the account or subscription-management link provided at enrollment or in a billing email. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, email support@scalelabsllc.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include the purchaser's name, email address, and order or subscription identifier if available. Do not send complete card numbers or card security codes.

We will not require a customer who enrolled online to use an unnecessarily burdensome method to cancel. We will process a valid request promptly and provide confirmation. To avoid the next recurring charge, submit cancellation before the renewal deadline disclosed at enrollment.

5. Effect of Cancellation

Unless the offer or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using included benefits until then, and no further renewal charge will be initiated after cancellation becomes effective. If the offer provides immediate cancellation, the checkout disclosure will explain how that affects access.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge already incurred. Any refund eligibility is governed by the offer terms, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

If a trial or promotional period will convert to a paid subscription, the duration, conversion date, recurring price, and cancellation deadline will be clearly disclosed before enrollment. Where required, we will provide a reminder before conversion or renewal. Cancel before the disclosed deadline to avoid the next charge. A trial may be limited to one per customer where that limitation is disclosed.

7. Price or Material Plan Changes

We will provide advance notice of a price increase or other material subscription change and obtain consent where required by law. The notice will explain the effective date and how to cancel before the change takes effect. We will not apply a price increase retroactively.

8. Applicable Law

This policy supplements the terms presented with a specific subscription. If applicable law gives you a more favorable cancellation, notice, or refund right, that law controls. Nothing here limits a non-waivable right or remedy with a bank, card issuer, payment provider, or regulator.
